Club shares resources Welcome to the website for the Advertising Club of the Virgin Islands.
This site will introduce you to the many benefits of being an ad club member, and offers the opportunity to meet the club’s members and access the resources each has to offer.
Please take the time to review our channels, and send suggestions to help populate and improve this website. If you are a member, please send a 50-word description about your work or business, and we will post it in our membership profile channel. If you have a website we’ll link to it too.
We also welcome low res photos, sent as jpegs, and information from you regarding awards, accolades, and other items of interest. Please send directly to me at mcurley@islands.vi.

The ADDYS are coming soon! The annual ADDYS( formerly known as ADVI), now officialy affiliated with the district and national ADDY awards, are gearing up for a December Call For Entries.
This year's awards - the Virgin Islands 23rd annual- will encompass a longer than usal eligibiliy period, dating back to May 2003 and extending to December 31, 2004.
Plan to particpate and look for the Call for Entries coming soon. Deadline for submission wil be mid-January. |

Ad club to host cruise luncheon Edward Thomas, president and chief executive officer of the West Indian Company will address the Advertising Club of the Virgin Islands on Tuesday, November 9, at a noon luncheon aboard the Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines ship, Navigator of the Seas. |

Caribbean clubs to meet and share Representatives from the Advertising Club of the Virgin Islands, the Trinidad based Caribbean Advertising Federation and San Juan based Asociacion agencia publicitarias de Puerto Rico are planning to meet in December in Old San Juan with Anne Grigsby, the Fourth District ADDY Chair for the American Advertising Federation's Fourth District, which inlcudes Florida and the Caribbean.
Grigsby, an associate creative director at the Boca Raton office of J. Walter Thompson, will meet with club reps to discuss the ADDYS and the resources the Fourth District can offer to its three clubs in the Caribbean region. |
