Election Day in the British Virgin Islands - June 16th, 2003.
   Election Day in the British Virgin was June 16th, 2003.
  This was the day when the people of the British Virgin Islands spoke loud and Clear.
  This time Crystal clear in the words of the National Democratic Party (NDP)slogan.
  By the time the dust finally settled after 4.00A:M, the NDP had swept to victory winning eight out of thirteen seats,
  including the Fifth District seat formerly held by the Hon. Ethlyn Smith,outgoing Minister of Health and Welfare.
  Mrs. Delores Christopher was officially declared the winner by a three vote margin following a recount.

   The Trade Show which was Organized by CCHA and the Trade and Investment Promotion Department attracted over forty Exhibitors to the Sir Rupert Briercliffe Hall.
