Access to Justice
The Access to Justice Committee will propose and implement improvements to provide better access to the justice system. The Committee will address issues effecting legal services programs and domestic violence prevention programs and suggest improvements for the courts, such as appointment of counsel.

Law Clerks
Law Clerks Council will consist of the all law clerks in the Territorial Court and the District Court of the Virgin Islands. The Council will work with the Virgin Islands Bar Journal Committee in and assembling an annual Virgin Islands Law Letter, a review of the outstanding cases in the courts of the Virgin Islands.

Public Education and the Law
