Tom Bolt, President of the Virgin Islands Bar Association, has announced that the Association has engaged the services of Mahoney & Associates to study the health insurance program offered to members, their employees and families. "With the latest increase in premiums, the Bar received numerous calls from our membership." Bolt said. "Mahoney & Associates has a rather extensive record in helping various Virgin Islands enterprises with their health insurance needs." Bolt said.
     
     Cigna Insurance, the current endorsed health insurance carrier for the Bar Association significantly raised its rates within the last year.
